My online nick is Ladyg33k, a title earned in college and given to me by my peers. A title that I'm proud to wear.

I'm an avid computer user, not just at work or in school, but at home as well. This is what I do for FUN! I enjoy learning new code and working on computer-related projects, but I also enjoy educating others on technology. I actually worked for a brief time as a college instructor, educating students on computer-related topics - including the internet and security

My operating system of choice is Linux. For security, it simply can't be beat. However, I'll admit Linux isn't for everyone. My distro of choice is Ubuntu, which is Debian-based. This has been my only operating system for nearly five years. If you like freedom and aren't afraid of a challenge, I urge you to find a Linux flavor that's right for you.

I am a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). This proves that I have at least the basic knowledge required to enter the field of ethical hacking. I would consider my specialties to be that of network security and digital forensics, though I will often lecture others on the topic of social engineering.
